"Hilary is fun, friendly and makes you feel at ease while she is working on you. Her technical skills are top notch and the resulting make-up effects are amazing. I have done eyeliner and lipliner and am so happy with the results. She takes the time to explain everything. She takes pain control seriously (although it really doesn't hurt that bad with the numbing cream). I would highly recommend Hilary for your permanent make-up wishes and I would recommend permanent make-up for anyone who loves to wear make-up!"
