"I've never had permanent makeup before and was hesitant to try it. Anytime you have someone work on your face, you want to be sure they are a consummate professional. You can't put a bag over your head to cover up the mistakes!! I was looking for someone to apply permanent makeup on my lips. My upper lip has always been extremely thin, nearly non-existent. I spoke with Hillary on the phone and was immediately put at ease with her knowledge and confidence. She is warm and welcoming. I absolutely love the results that I have gotten. LOVE my new lips!! Her prices are reasonable and she even gives you three touch-ups that are all included in the price. I highly recommend Hilary to anyone who is looking for a permanent makeup artist."
