"I searched for months trying to decide where to get my permanent eyeliner done. I was really hesitant on where to go because I was afraid someone would make it too bold and I’d be stuck with it. Hillary’s experience learning the art of permanent makeup from native Canadians really sounded interesting so I decided to trust her. Right away I knew I made the right choice. She is such a fun person that instantly makes you feel warm and welcomed. She listened to exactly what I wanted (just a thin subtle line barely above the lash line) and had me involved with every step. I am so happy with the results, you wouldn’t be able to tell what I had done unless I point it out. I showed my best friend and she’s instantly jealous and is coming down from Sacramento to have hers done. 10/10 would recommend. "

"I love Hilary! She was recommended by my friend who lives in Carmel when I complemented her perfect eyebrows. I drive down from the Bay Area and it’s totally worth it. She did my brows and eyeliner and I love them both! I finally have eyebrows! I love waking up in the morning and not having to do makeup! Hilary is so fun and personable it makes the whole experience a pleasure. I now have two friends who are going to Hilary and they love her too!"
